1) How do I apply for a full-time job?
You can apply on-line through the careers page at www.wyndhamvo.com. You may also visit your college's Career Services Center and view Wyndham Vacation Ownership job postings, and submit your resume and/or application as advised. Inquiries about full-time summer internship opportunities may submitted to universityrelations@wyndhamvo.com.
2) What universities does Wyndham Vacation Ownership recruit from?
Like most companies, Wyndham Vacation Ownership targets its recruiting at certain college campuses. While we don't have the resources to hold interviews at each campus, local recruiters will partner with colleges within their geography.
3) What majors/degrees does Wyndham Vacation Onwership typically look for in the recruiting process?
While there is a primary focus on hiring students majoring in hospitality management, we also have a variety of opportunities for undergraduate business, accounting/finance, information technology, liberal arts, communications and Master’s level students.
4) Does Wyndham Vacation Ownership offer international opportunities?

6) How will I know that my resume has been reviewed in your database?
Resumes submitted directly to our universityrelations@wyndhamvo.com are reviewed by University Relations team members on a daily basis. If you are qualified, you will be contacted for an interview. An email response will be sent to you in the event a position that you are interested in does not currently exist, if you do not qualify for the position your have applied, or if the position you have applied for has already been filled. Applications and resumes submitted via our careers website at www.wyndhamvo.com, are reviewed by applicable the department/site recruiter.
7) What is the interview process like at Wyndham Vacation Ownership?
Our interview process is thorough. Typically, a 30-minute phone screening is scheduled with a member of our Recruiting team. Depending on the position, candidates may be asked to complete other screening and assessment tools.
Candidates effectively meeting the screening process are than scheduled for interviews with the Wyndham Vacation Ownership hiring managers and other team members. Depending on the number of team members, the interviews can last up to several hours. The focus of these interviews may be "technical" in nature, but behavioral-based questions will be asked as well.
8) When will I know the results of my interviews?
Developing a world-class University Relations program also includes developing world-class processes. A member of our team will contact the candidate by telephone and/or email within 72 hours of the final interview and advise them of the result.
9) What does a typical offer consist of?
Most offers include a competitive base salary and relocation (if qualified). Check our Benefits home page for more information.
10) Does Wyndham Vacation Ownership offer an Internship or Co-Op program?
Wyndham Vacation Ownership offers a 12-week summer Internship program (WYNternship). We have opportunities primarily at locations aligned with our partner universities. We are currently reviewing adding a co-op program (year-round).

13) What is the duration of an internship?
WYNternship is a "traditional" summer internship program that runs for 12 weeks during the summer months (e.g., May through August).
